Using Endure

By using Endure, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Acceptable use

Use Endure lawfully and do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to harm other people or systems.

Your task and reminder settings

You are responsible for the tasks, times, recurrence rules, notification settings, permissions, and device settings you configure. Check important reminders and keep your device settings appropriate for the result you expect.

Reminder-delivery limitations

Reminder delivery may be delayed or prevented by denied permissions, battery restrictions, device shutdown, connectivity problems, operating-system behavior, or third-party software. Endure cannot guarantee that every reminder will arrive at a particular time.

Not for emergencies or safety-critical use

Endure is not designed or guaranteed for emergencies, medical treatment, medication decisions, or any safety-critical use. Use appropriate professional systems and independent safeguards for those situations.

Free tier

The Free plan includes core features, up to five active tasks, and one custom list. Musfora may enforce these limits in the app.

Premium subscriptions

Premium is offered monthly, every six months, or yearly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and Premium access continues until then.

Cancellation and refunds

Manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play. Refund requests are handled under Google Play policies and any rights required by applicable law.

Account termination and deletion

You may delete your account through Endure or the account deletion process. Musfora may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Endure, users, or service providers, or when these terms are materially violated.

Intellectual property

Musfora and its licensors own Endure, its branding, software, and related materials. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership.

No warranty

Endure is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Musfora does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free reminders, or that Endure will meet every requirement.

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, Musfora is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from Endure or missed reminders. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
